  • Instructions

    Remove outer packaging. For best results cook from frozen. All appliances vary; these are guidelines only.

    Microwave Cook
    1. Place on a microwavable plate. Pierce film lid in several places
    2. Cook on FULL POWER:
      750W | 850W
      5 MINS | 5 MINS
    3. Peel back film lid and stir
    4. Re-cover and heat for a further
      750W | 850W
      3 MINS | 2½ MINS
    5. Leave to stand for 1 minute
    6. Stir and Serve. Check that food is piping hot before serving

    ALLOW TRAY TO STAND TO REGAIN RIGIDITY

    Oven Cook
    1. Pre heat oven to 200°C/395°F/Gas Mark 6 or Fan Oven 180°C
    2. Place on a baking tray. Pierce film lid in several places.
    3. Cook in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes.
    4. Peel back film lid and stir
    5. Re-cover and cook for a further 10 minutes.
    6. Stir and serve. Check that food is piping hot before serving. 

    ALLOW TRAY TO STAND TO REGAIN RIGIDITY
