    Rice Mix (45%) (Water, Long Grain Rice), Water, Cooked Chicken Breast (12%) (Chicken, Salt), Sugar, Tomato Purée, Water Chestnut, Pineapple, Barley Malt Vinegar, Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Sugar, Molasses, Soy Bean, Roasted Wheat, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid)), Modied Maize Starch, Ginger Purée, Sesame Oil, Colour (Paprika Oleoresin).

  • Instructions

    Remove outer packaging. For best results cook from frozen. All appliances vary; these are guidelines only.

    Microwave Cook
    1. Place on a microwavable plate. Pierce film lid in several places
    2. Cook on FULL POWER:
      750W | 850W
      5 MINS | 5 MINS
    3. Peel back film lid and stir
    4. Re-cover and heat further:
      750W | 850W
      3½ MINS | 3 MINS
    5. Leave to stand for 1 minute
    6. Stir and Serve. Check that food is piping hot before serving

    ALLOW TRAY TO STAND TO REGAIN RIGIDITY

    Oven Cook
    1. Pre heat oven to 200°C/390°F/Gas Mark 6 or Fan Oven 180°C
    2. Place on a baking tray. Pierce film lid in several places.
    3. Cook in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes.
    4. Peel back film lid and stir
    5. Re-cover and cook for a further 10 minutes.
    6. Stir and serve. Check that food is piping hot before serving.

    ALLOW TRAY TO STAND TO REGAIN RIGIDITY
